Purchased this the Dell Inspiron 27" All In One for several reasons. First of all the 27 inch monitor is fantastic as the monitor does not have a reflective screen so I can sit next to a window without reflections bugging me. Next this version has a Solid State drive for the operating system and a 1 gig data hard drive. Very fast computer with the Core I-7 processor and 16 Gig of memory.
I did have an issue where the computer died, but Dell support took care of the issue with no hassles

A beautiful design from Dell, super easy to setup and has all the power I need to complete my work. With the built in speakers there are no wires to deal with or try to hide and they sound great. Very happy with this buy!!!

Bought this for my in-laws. They love its clean/simple all-in-one design. This replaced a traditional tower PC, so they regained some floor space and significantly reduced cable clutter. They also like its large crisp screen and snappy performance.

When I purchased the touch screen with my computer, I didn't think I would use it that often, but I do! It's so convenient!

A Great AIO with NVIDIA GPU and SSD Boot!

My last AIO was a Sony model I bought at Best Buy over 5-1/2 years ago. Back in 2013, an AIO with an i7 and NVIDIA graphics card was great but by today's standards, it's dated (600 series NVIDIA, i7 quad core, no SSD boot, only 8GB RAM).
Did a lot of looking around for an AIO desktop with SSD boot and traditional HD for extra storage, at least an i7 processor, and no less than a 900 series NVIDIA graphics card. Bought a laptop a year prior with such specs and love it! Especially since the OS is booting from the SSD, Windows 10 is up and running quick. The trick was finding an AIO with such specs. Some had the i7 and SSD boot but no discrete graphics card. A few had the graphics card but used an i5 or just used traditional HD and no SSD. Finally, I saw the Dell had pretty much everything I was after. I say "pretty much everything" because it doesn't have an optical drive built in. Fortunately, I bought an external Blu-Ray burner a few years prior and that covered installing any software I have on disk like MS Office or CorelDraw and have no problems with Windows 10 recognizing the external Blu-Ray drive.
Most of the ports are on the back (USB-A, HDMI, RJ-45, power) and a few on just one side (1 USB-A, 1 USB-C, SD card port, headphone jack). I wish they put the SD card slot on one side and placed the rest with a second USB-A on the other. If you have a lot of external portable drives like I do (both flash and non-flash), might want to buy a USB-A to USB-C cord.
The stand is not like the other Dell 7000 models. Most AIOs have a stand that can tilt a little bit back & forth but this stand offers much greater articulation range. It's almost in the same league as the Surface Studio where you can set it at a very shallow angle if you need to.
Dell didn't stick a bunch of bloatware like some manufactures do and that's a plus. Sure, you'll see some games when you hit the windows key but not much else. The only software I removed was the McAfee security since I'm happy subscriber to another security suite.
The screen is the matte, non-glare type, not the glassy reflective you get on a phone or tablet. A problem with my old AIO was it had the glassy reflective and sometimes it was annoying. Another very nice thing about the Dell compared to my old AIO is the screen bezel on the Dell is very small, a few mm left/right & top (speakers are just below the screen), versus nearly an inch on all sides of my old AIO. Sound from the speakers is pretty good but bass could be a little better. It does have a built in camera for Skype but it's a pop-up kind, no need for the black electrical tape to cover the camera lens like on laptops and tablets (or my old AIO).
One other suggestion if you buy the Dell is buy a separate keyboard & mouse combo (MS, Logitech, Corsair, etc). Dell got a little cheap with the wireless keyboard & mouse combo they provided. My wireless combo was about as old as my AIO so I bought a new one at Best Buy when I picked up the Dell and connection was easy.
So if you buy the Dell, might want to buy an external optical drive if don't have one already, consider buying USB-A to USB-C adapter cable, and definitely buy a better wireless keyboard & mouse combo (again if you don't have one already). It really is a great AIO.
