It worked as expected until I ran into the issue when it was not detecting something with its battery after it ran out of charge. Did a lot of investigation and did those steps in the BIOS but didn't work. So I left it for full charge and then after a day it came to normal.

He is able to run multiple programs without lagging. He loves it!!

I have taken it to Best buy Geek Squad once and they said they fixed it but didn't. I am taking it back today. Not sure if that is this laptop's problem or what.

It ran fine for a couple of months then the WiFi adapter started to go. When I brought the computer back to BestBuy to have it looked at all the techs immediately knew why I was there. Apparently the WiFi card going out is a huge issue with this machine. The Geek Swuad techs then told me that there was a bout a 50% that it would actually be fixed if we sent it out. Such a shame. I had to settle for a computer with less memory to hit the same price point that I got this machine at.

After everything was loaded I turned off the pc. Wwhen I turned it back on it had a bit locker key mesage. Second Dell pc to do this. I lost all my files for the 2nd time. Microsoft and Dell are not good choices for what I needed. Apparently when I shut down, at reboot it loads windows 11. I needed Windows 10. Will be switching to tablets.
