    My device is 30 days old. I purchased on Nov 30, 2021. I only used it once or twice because of work and the holidays. Today I decided to set up all of my accounts. I found that the sound devices are missing. The keyboard does not work in Windows - both internal and external. I was on with tech support for two hour. They could not fix it either. There was no charge. The first tech support chat session wanted me to pay over $100 for a policy. I refused - it's brand new. At least the online people (level 1 and level 2) did not charge me. They advised me to take it back to the store. Stay tuned - more to come.

    Brand New Dell Not Functional! Very Disappointed!

    Purchasing this laptop for my husband for Christmas was easy and seamless, but a nightmare once received! We have always loved Dell but this laptop worked fine for a couple days, then updated and asked for an "Activation Key". My husband spent 2.5 hours on the phone with Dell support and they were not able to resolve this and there is no "Activation Key". Now they are sending a packing box to send the computer to them to have the hard drive replaced which will take 10 days to 2 weeks! We believe Best Buy or Dell should completely replace this brand new laptop!

    Dead in weeks

    Well This Dell died in 6 weeks of use. Sad it started off to be a good little computer for my Wife just enough horse power for her use on line. Issue started with microphone going out after a few seconds of use, then notice I was getting TPM errors each time rebooting spent 4 days on Dells help line with no resolution beside it must be the mother board. Dell told me 8-12 weeks to fix Way longer than I had it. Geek squad said they would just replace the unit since wait times were long at Dell. The upgraded me to HP Envy for a couple dollars more, HP been solid so far

    I have tried everything. This laptop aborts browser sessions anywhere from a couple of minutes to an hour. They just close. I am going to have to return it.

    Has TPM error code Dell is aware of issue

    This exact laptop is great except it has a issue that's states NO TPM. Took to geek squad they fixed but still has error message I returned laptop for a different model

    Dell Inspiron wireless didn't work after 2.5 month

    I just used 1 dell inspiron 3501 bought from Best Buy Orange for almost 3 months, but its wireless network adapter is out of order now whatever I tried to reset the PC many times. Not recommended to buy laptops from Beat Buy.

    Within 4 months of purchasing laptop is complete garbage. Multiple drivers have failed and cannot be repaired and the bios is a nightmare. Should've spent a bit more on a more reliable laptop.
