Picked up this machine when it was on sale for $699 which seemed like an absolute steal. I had it for a few weeks and the fan was so loud compared to my 10 year old Lenovo. Looked online and it said this issue would be resolved by updating the Bios. Turns out that did not fix it. I did love the speed and feature this machine had, but unfortunately will end up outgrowing it fairly soon. This machine is not upgrade friendly. It does not support high speed usbc, or adding a nice speedy graphics card without upgrading the power supply. After doing tons research I made the decision to return this machine. As someone who is primarily a Mac user and used to speed, I’ll keep looking for something faster. Probably order direct from Dell once the computer chip/graphics card shortage ends. If you are looking for a fast and efficient work from home desktop for daily use, this machine will get the job done!

Easy to set up and is really fast. Online help was appreciated and the notifications about upgrades and helpful hints are apprecciated.

Computer works well and runs fast and smooth. Overall I am pleased with its performance. The only downside is that it is a little bit louder than I was expecting. It almost sounds like the processor is always working hard, but that does not appear to be the case when reviewing the task manager. After a little while it just becomes background noise for me so it isn't a huge deal, but if you are one of those people that has a difficult time focusing with background noise then you might want to look for a different model.

30 days since my purchase and it's still working well. Fast on startup, good with number crunching. Good with videos. They usually fail in about 2 years so buy the extended warranty. It's worth the money. Very satisfied.

Easy to set up. Works as expected. Only thing I did not realize is it does not come with speakers.

Can't go wrong with DELL. As a small business, its all we buy because of the cx service.

Love my new computer. Tower is pretty, short, smallish, not bulky. Computer works very well and is very fast. No problems so far!

This is my 2nd Dell desktop, it does not disappoint. Very easy to hook up, very fast loading programs, good graphics and sound!

Decent fast computer. Don’t expect to upgrade as it has a very low wattage power supply. For normal task and light gaming this is a great computer.

This is a great small desktop computer. It would be perfect with an optical CD/DVD drive, but then it wouldn't be so small.
