But the internal components are great and working consistent. I would buy one for my wife but this is a previous gen product.

Nevermind the crisp graphics which allows me to see my designs clearly. I purchased this to replace a well loved and cared for 17 inch Dell laptop that I purchased in 2010. Very satisfied, as always with my new Dell!

Only issues I had were when I was registering it. The keys got stuck and it wouldnt let me enter info, I was nervous I had a defective product. Once I got past that part (an hour later) all keys worked fine. Weird. Great laptop though! Enjoying it.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since I started using my computer (Dec. 2019) it started having daily this Performance Check, I'll take this for technical support as soon as we can get out our homes.... I can't work without worrying about constantly saving files, "Pre-boot system Performance Check" happens almost everytime I use my computer. I took pictures but this page doesn't allow me to upload them. I will modify this review if I find a solution on the internet or receive it from technical support.
