    I have had dell products for many years and liked them all. This laptop would also have been a favorite but for wifi issues. As stated in other reviews the wifi would not work. Returned one and will be returning the second with same issues and looking for a new brand.

    I've been a Dell customer for a very long time. After my wife's old laptop broke, I bought her a Dell. After a few days wifi stopped working at all. Maybe it was a manufacturing defect? On the next day I stopped by the store and got a replacement Dell. After a few days, the same happened again: wifi stopped working for good. On the next day I went back to the store and got something else.

    I am returning my second Foggy Night. Permanent lack screen while trying to input my name and info on my first one. On my second one I got Black screen again. Restarted then it went back to registration info twice. Black screen next and then back to country, language etc, So now back to Best Buy. I have had Dell for many years and don't know what to get now. Best Buy is great as always, not so with this Dell laptop.
