The versatility of the laptop itself is impressive. I love the fact that you're able to convert it to a tablet and then back to a laptop. It is fast and responds timely. Very easy to use. I had an old Dell insprion back in college, dinosaur of a computer but I loved it. It lasted over 4 years and I was very sad when it died.

I love my new computer. It has a great tablet mode that allows me to play various games on it that I would normally only play on my phone. Also is great as a laptop. Keyboard has well place keys making typing easy. Also the touch screen works great to highlight files and folders or to zoom in on spreed sheets or word docs

This same computer from Dell was several hundred dollars more. Best Buy had an awesome price available with the Open Box Excellent Condition. It was a gift, so I didn't personally receive the item, however, the recipient was more than happy with this product. I also want to add that it was delivered very quickly!

Being easy to use is very important to me. This laptop fills the bill.

I think the price was reasonable for the type of laptop I purchased

The computer has great specs but it doesnt perform like it should for the hardware it has, but the biggest complaint is it has trouble connecting in wireless at times for no apparent reason. That in itself is not acceptable.

Good for gaming. Light weight. Easy to carry. Enjoy the size.

This is my first Dell laptop as I was never a fan of Dell products. the price was right for the technology inside the laptop so I decided to give them a shot. They have impressed me with this laptop, processor speed, memory and graphics are all top notch for a laptop under $800.

This is a computer the whole family can use. Kids love it.

It was time for a new laptop and I've always been fond of Dell products so I was attracted to this computer because of the brand. But this computer works great, I am not disappointed. The display is crystal clear, it's a great size, the 8GB RAM is perfect for me. 9.5/10.

computer does what i want it to do would reccomend

I tried to get the Black Friday doorbuster laptop, but went into the store to see what they had. I found this beauty for only a $100 more with a ton of better stats! This is a very nice looking machine. Hinges are solid metal, not plastic so looks like they will not break under reasonable use. The backlit keyboard is great, It is fast with great specs for the price point I bought it for. It flips into a tablet and a very large one at that. If you want a dedicated tablet, buy one, but this is a nice feature to have on occasion. Fast, very nice, sharp screen resolution. Comfortable keystrokes. i7, 8gb Ram, 1TB storage, nice. So far, I am very happy with my laptop. It is a heavy one though, but I like the solid feel as I am a big guy. No problem, but once, with any wireless connection issue as some have reported. I bought an external DVD drive as this does not come with one.

Amazing computer with amazing new technology. Windows 10 is super fun and the computer is super fast. Very user friendly for new technology. Highly recommend!

Use this laptop to run my racing programs and it works excellent for that. Have had some windows 10 problems with WiFi connections. Had to call tech support. Haven't had any other issues. Would recommend for everyday computer needs.

This is my first 2 in 1 and am surprised at how versatile it is. It is quick and has great battery life. Love the Windows 10.

My daughter needed a new laptop for college and after looking at some different models we choose this one. It would get 5 stars if is used a magnetic power cord attachment instead of the standard plug in.

I had to exchange it twice after I bought it. HOWEVER, it was because of the OS (Windows 10 leaves a lot to be desired at the moment). In any case, after updating all drives and such, the third computer I got is running pretty smoothly.

I bought this because my other Dell stopped working, I had the old one for about three years. Its very thin and sleek. Very light weight too. I got an external DVD player to go with it.

It was a little dicey when I first got it home and was going through the setup. The screen went black and only the pointer was able to be seen. I called dell customer service and they were able to fix it. Since then no compla ints.

Got this laptop on a returned used deal. Price was knocked down for a minor scratch on bottom of laptop. Works great for what I need. The touchscreen display is awesome with Windows 10. Very fast and decent battery life
