The laptop has an issue with connecting to wifi. I had to bring it back to the geek squad two times in the first two weeks.

Impressed with the first one so bought a second. This is when problems started. After each upgrade, the wifi refused to work due to driver incompatibilities. Each time had to either ring Dell support or take it back to the Geek Squad to get tap drivable driver reloaded. Returned one and exchanged it for something else. Waiting to see if the next OS upgrade on the remaining unit will cause an issue.

Computer fills all my wants and needs. Fast, reliable with a great touch screen display. Back lit keyboard is a great bonus and allows for use in darker environments.

I love the computer however Windows ten stinks! I'm constantly having issues with it because of Windows 10.

Super nice laptop, very well built with a sturdy metal case. Only complaint it the mouse-pad buttons. I would like it much better if they were actual buttons rather than Dells solution.

My new Dell works great! Not 1 problem - had it 2 months. Works exactly like it should - problemless!!

I was a little skeptical about purchasing a Dell computer but have been very happy with my decision. I think their quality has improved greatly over the past few years. Good computer.

Dell - Inspiron 7000 Series 2-in-1 15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop - i7 - 8GB - 1TB I bought Open box thinking of some savings. 1> Wifi Adaptor didn't work with troubleshoot repair option also. Does best buy do even a slightest sanity check of Open box item before selling it to customers? 2> Talking about this particular product, I haven't explored much from performance perspective as wifi didn't worked. But seemed to be very good config at price. Flip side is keyboard. The laptop looks quiet big size and it's keyboard seems to be tiny toy keyboard compared to laptop size. Lots of space wasted on it could have full fledged numeric keyboard instead to better utilize it (it doesnt have). I would not recommend this laptop specially Openbox to anyone. Not atleast from best buy. When I went to return, they simply offered me to pickup another laptop and pay difference which was all huge and overprized, so I believe Bestbuy takes customer too lightly thinking they don't have any work just visiting best buy to buy and return (they don't do any sanity check on Open box production as mentioned where as sales agent told me that they actually install Windows 10, ain't noticed this first hand as soon as installed)? 1 star for this open box product and zero stars for Best Buy Alpharetta store for selling this piece worth nothing.

I had a lot of problems with pop ups and getting my anti virus to work. had to take it back for them to clean it up and install the program. Since then it has been working well.

Really like that it is easy to use. The touch screen is a little sensitive so be careful.

The computer came equipped with MS Edge which is cutting edge technology. The touch screen feature is enjoyable and easy to use.

Purchased a geek squad certified open box item. Package was missing manual and computer was incorrectly re imaged to a point where it was unusable being there is no windows CD key with these computers and best buy could not fix the issue. I had to return it for a refund my local store did not have a compatatble replacement in the same price range so I had to purchase a higher priced laptop.

So far this laptop has met my expectations. I really like the large screen size even though the computer itself isn't as easy to carry around as my former laptop.

I am enjoying the blue tooth on this printer I love that I can print from my phone

The i7 lives up to the hype. It is fast. Everything works as expected. Handles all of the graphics I need. Great buy.

I'm a Dell fan, and this laptop is replacing a 6 year old Dell Inspiron. It's very fast and has given me no problems.

The Dell Inspiron 7000 laptops are a good design and function. Windows 10 is a nice upgrade from Windows 8 and the ability to use as a tablet is a bonus.
