Overall a nice laptop. I like how quickly it starts up since this is the first device I have had that is not a desktop or laptop only. The only complaint I have is when it goes into tablet mode, and the keyboard is in my lap, it still registers when keys are pressed. Not sure if that is the laptop or the OS.

It's a great computer and in most things it leads you through with prompts

Love my new Inspiron 7000 series and the customer service at best buy is fantastic. They still help me out even a week after purchasing my laptop.

I'm happy with the quality. It's sturdy; it's sleek; it's fast. I appreciate the Windows 10 pre-loaded. It's nice that not much else garbage ware was on it - I only had to uninstall McAfee, and I hope I got it all.

Bought this laptop as a replacement for a MAC air that decided it wasn't as thirsty for the glass of water it had been given as we thought. The laptop is a great replacement for what it's being used for (high school projects and online research).

This was an upgrade from my last laptop 8 years ago. I am getting used to windows 10 and the many features it offers. It has the fastest processor I could get at the time so should last some time.

I got this camera for school, but have used it for pretty much everything. The only thing I noticed was that it has no cd rom. If you want to watch movies on this, you will have to stream them.

I have had issues with the WiFi on this computer (disconnecting or limited service). I have called Dell and Microsoft to get help and neither have been able to solve problem. Rumors online suggest this is a Windows 10 problem. Nothing Dell or Microsoft have had me try has fixed the issue long term. It continues to come back.
