    since I bought this laptop I found there was a problem with wifi connoction. The connction to wifi was dicoonected, I wasn't able to access to the internet because the sign of wifi disappear. After that I went to best buy and replaced it with another item.

    I needed a computer that could stand up to kids knocking it around. Seems crazy to spend extra money because it has a metal case and little plastic, but its what I needed. And its quick. Nice HD screen. The key board is a little narrow and takes getting used to, but that's a minor compliant.

    Best Buy is great in customer service, but after returning this laptop twice and getting tech support for 4 hours straight on the 2nd replacement and not getting the laptop to work right, Best Buy took it back for a full refund. Thank you Best Buy and geek squad. Built in wifi is defective
