This laptop is the perfect size for traveling. Fits right in my backpack. I also really like the feel of the keys. There is no mistaking that you've hit a key. The touch pad is responsive without being overly sensitive. All-in-all, I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Do Not Waste Your Money

I am beyond disappointed in both Dell and Best Buy in selling this product. I purchased this laptop brand new 15 months ago as a 2-in-1 Laptop. After owning for just over one year, the hinge snapped right out of the laptop during normal motion of switching to tablet mode. Best Buy and Dell both said they could do nothing for me as the 1-year warranty had expired and claimed they had no reason to cover the cost to fix or replace due to their policy and the fact I did not purchase the extended warranty.
Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the heartache and financial burden. There is no justifiable reason that a laptop this new should snap in half during normal use and as designed. The product is poorly built and is a scam. Do not buy this laptop.
