I just recently bought this computer and found it to be too pricey for what you get hence the three stars out of five I wound up needing to put in a stronger power supply because I needed it to do video authoring and I wanted to put in a video card that was powerful enough for me to do the video all three and even watching videos on it it does have an on board video card but nowhere near as good as putting in your own video card so this is what I did I put in new power supply which was 100 Watts more I put in a video card and I put in 32 gigs of RAM instead of the 12 that it had with 12 gigs in this machine it would slow down very soon after you bought it now it runs like a speed demon but for the price I paid for the original one it was way too high but I needed the machine I needed one badly mine died I needed it that day so I bought this one it was one of the lower priced ones that they had I don't believe it's the fault of Best Buy I think it's the fault of the manufacturers they're charging too much however I must say the HP is a much better bargain than the Dell that I originally purchased and returned for this one the Dell was a toy and it costed a lot more money than it should have I think it even costed more than this machine if I can remember correctly

I'm old school and when my desk top computer "died" I went to Best Buy in hopes of buying another one ... I met with Bon and he assured me that if I liked the desk top version than by all means he could help me out... That he did and I'm very very pleased.

A great buy. I use it for working from home and am very pleased with the performance. I also like the smaller, compact tower since it doesn’t take up as much room on my desk.

Great box for the price, but then you want to make sure you buy another 8GB memory stick since having 16 is key and least its a 512GB SSD drive and the latest 14th gen

I am very impressed with how fast this processor makes surfing a breeze. I think it was an extremely welcome purchase

So far, I love this pc. Its not too big & is very quiet. The I5 14th gen processor is definitely a big upgrade from my old 10th gen I3 Lenovo. Would recommend for those doing light to medium work.

My Mother's old Dell had just turned 10 years old, so we decided on this one as a replacement. It's small and powerful and EXCEEDS her needs. Between her church needs, email, and all her genealogy research it's great.

Now I won't say that I am much of a tech head, but I haven't ran into any issues with this tower. I came from an all in one and it started to give me so many problems so it is such a relief to have a PC that runs smooth!

Works fast for my home office, I do not game so no opinion concerning that. Quiet and small footprint than old computer.

Good desktop..disc drive is very cheaply made..My old windows 8 to a windows 11 was fairly easy to work out. I dropped the 1 star because of the disc drive.

It does everything expected from a Desktop. It opens fast and operates a high speed.
