    I ordered 2 of these computers and one got lost. When I got the computer I charged it up for 24 hours and then started trying to load software. The battery went dead immediately. The mouse pad was also dead. I Took it to Geek Squad who immediately said the machine was obsolete, no parts available and could not be repaired. My money was refunded.

    I do love the heavy duty old school feel of the machine. I'm worried about how hot it gets. I've checked the vents and it looks good. But I'm not sure what I can do to keep it cool. I also am new to windows 10 so I have been tweaking it for a while. It's fast and just seems like it won't fall apart.

    Purchased laptop hoping it had a faster processor than the one in store. This one is extremely slow and freezes constantly
