    Works great but I thought it said it played dvds...mine don't even fit so I don't know if I misread which I did a ton of research but whatever. Still works great, love the free trial anti-virus software other then the dvd thing this would be perfect

    My first purchased of a refurbished laptop. Arrived ahead of schedule. Store pickup was easy. Setup and installation of antivirus took about five minutes. No issues with WiFi hookup. Performance has been excellent (browsing, Microsoft Office, light photo and video editing). Case and keys looked fresh. Considering the price, this has very much exceeded my expectations.

    Very fast shipping, I received the laptop faster than expected delivered date. Upon examining the refurbished laptop, there are very minimal scratches and the laptop run smoothly without any issues. However, the laptop I got was not the same as the one on the Best Buy pictures. The keyboard layout is a bit different, which have an extra mouse pointers in the middle of the keys and extra left/ right clickers. If it wasn't for that, I would give this review a 5 stars.

    Had to buy this one for my sis, at first i was doubtful of how it was going to be a good one. Indeed, i was so happy and satisfied when i got it, this laptop worked well, processor was so fast that anybody could do multi tasking. Very good price! I am very much contented!

    I received the laptop before the date it was supposed to arrive. Booted up perfectly fine, Minor blemishes on the laptop and runs great! Definitely will recommend this to anyone that asks.
