Bad product/good customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I received my laptop - I was going to set it up for my granddaughter so she wouldn't have to do it on Christmas day. Thank goodness I did. It was in bad shape with the screen yellow and extremely slow. It was a refurb. I have had some luck with refurbs. I am sure this was just a fluke. I took it back to Best Buy - no problem. Great customer service.

Bad product/good customer service

It had graphic problems and the battery didn't charge. It was a refurb - I know people who get great refurbs. You win some you lose some - but always do a check on electronics before you give them as a gift. Thank goodness I decided to do the initial setup - I would have given her a really bad present. I took it back to Best Buy - they refunded my money no problem. Good customer service.

Good first laptop for my daughter
