Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered 2 of these Dell laptops. they arrived a few days ahead of the ETA (++ for that ) but the first one I tried to setup had problems with the keyboard. Mostly some numbers would not register when pressed and others only after multiple presses. Real hassle when you are trying to input a password. Tech support responded right away and I shipped the unit back to them for "evaluation". Not good that the ship was Ground which means "days" to wait. I would have preferred some quicker means to get it checked out & replaced or fixed (-- for these) The 2nd unit was perfect! Everything worked and it is running great! (+++ for that) So lets see how long it takes to get the other unit back.

Fastest computer I've ever had!

Great computer for the price

Super fast and it didn’t break the bank! The only trouble I had was, I had to call customer service for a new code for my windows 10 pro! But they were really helpful and I got the code quickly! I would buy another refurbished laptop again, thanks bestbuy!

Great So Far

The first laptop I bought was from BestBuy out of the box ten years ago and it's been used well until it was time for an upgrade. It feels brand new to me and I haven't had any issues yet.

When I googled the problem, it seems a common defect in this model. Otherwise, it was a good computer with high performance.

Never Buy Refurbished Tech from BB

My mistake: I kept it sealed in the box for almost a year so I can't return it. When I finally opened it, the letters 'a' and 'h' did not work. Opened it up and though the outside was clean and scratch free, inside was full of dust and dog hair.
