    Refurbished laptop not the same as stated online

    Purchased refurbished laptop online. It stated that the laptop had a DVD-RW drive. When I brought it home after picking it up at the store, I noticed it had a DVD-ROM instead. I returned the laptop for a refund. This is the second time where I purchased a refurbished laptop at Best-Buy and both times it didn't have the same components as stated online. I will not buy a refurbished laptop from Best-Buy again !
