    Dell Latitude-Refurb. Knowing that i'm buying a refurb. outdated unit for half $ compared to new; didn't have much expectations. this is not for playing games or video editing but for light use.

    The specifications of this laptop list a built in webcam and a DVD/CD-RW drive, but it just has a standard DVD ROM drive, not capable of burning discs, and there is no webcam at all.

    Overall, it is a decent laptop. However, it does not have a backlit keyboard. Checked the BIOS. No backlit keyboard option. Up and down arrow have the backlight adjustment, but it doesn't work with the fn key. Gave one star for false advertising.

    TWICE I was sent a beautiful laptop with INCORRECT specs. Twice I had to return the dud machines. The most frustrating part of this whole lousy experience was that the third customer service rep I spoke to was supposed to re-order the unit and send me a return shipping label via email. He did not. Now, the unit is "unavailable". This was my first - AND LAST - Best Buy purchase. Best Buy should really be more careful with choice of refurbisher partners. "Third time's a charm" means GO ELSEWHERE.
