Very good looking Dell laptop. Refurbished but looks like new, functions like new. The keyboard doesn’t seem to be used a lot. They’re still smooth to press. Color is black. I like the soundless feature because there’s no air fan in it. It’s solid state system.

Returned 3 times - bad experience with Joy Systems

I bought this refurbished Dell thinking it would be a value deal. WRONG! The FIRST one that came was overheating so I returned to Joy Systems (the "authorized" refurbisher of Microsoft. I asked for an exchange and the SECOND one came with so many scratches I had no choice but to return again. The THIRD replacement came with the wrong RAM/storage space I had ordered and it was overheating as well. Joy Systems is horrendous in their customer service and attention to detail. They have zero regard for their customers. I returned this to Best Buy and had no issues on that end thankfully.
