Great refurbished laptop. Runs a bit hot, but tolerable. Also noticed when it arrived that the port for the charging cable is wiggly, but this hasn't yet affected charging. Charges quickly, and decent charge life. Overall runs like new, and it's perfect for what I need (homework and light gaming).

So far it has worked just fine. For what I am using it for, I like the ability to turn on and off the wi-fi with a switch. Plenty of hard drive space and ram memory is decent. Only problem is the trackpad can be a bit temperamental at times. Wants to jump the cursor around sometimes. But I would buy this machine again for what I need it for. Its not my main computer, Mac.

This laptop is a good size for sitting in the recliner and operating it. The weight is acceptable and a good laptop for Windows 10 fans.

It is a good laptop with a lot of storage for the price (what I needed) but it is slower than most newer laptops.

You cant beat it when u spend around $400 for 8GB memory, the name Dell, and an I5 core processor. A little more than entry-level and great price for a college student.

Ordered this for a class for work so I needed it quickly. It came within a few days of my order. It's a nice laptop, has a good amount of storage and everything I need. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this laptop for school. It was horrible. It was slow and the mouse kept getting stuck. I thought I was saving money and helping the environment by purchasing refurbished laptop.

The computer arrived and the instructions were followed carefully, but it turned out the product code they sent was incorrect so the computer operation could not be set up, Had to take it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and it took them about 2 hours get get things set up right - Geek Squad gets an A+ but not very happy with the computer that was sent. I'll see how it works now.

I went on to the website to find this laptop. i was looking for the best specs for what i was paying for. When i saw this laptop i was surprised and thought "that's what i want". I went to the best buy retail store and they said they don't sell refurbished products. But they were able to order it online and ship it to my house. When i got it i was excited to unbox it. and once i got everything working i was definately satisfied. I am a gamer myself and this laptop is quite the upgrade from my desktop.
