I purchased this unit for my son's birthday. I was so disappointed when he told me it was not working properly. I took it back to the store where I collected it . I outlined the problem and ask if they could repair it or send it to be repaired. I was not satisfied with the out come. I had to return the Laptop and purchase a smaller laptop. I am still interested in the Dell laptop 15.6".

Excellent computer. Great price. We researched this pretty well and found this to be the best value. It was highly recommended by our IT professional.

I’ve used the latitude for years at my work so I love the machine. I’m used to 1920x1080 resolution in my work machine which I personally believe should be the standard for all laptops on the planet, and this is exactly how the product above was advertised, with 1920x1080 screen resolution, but it actually came with only 1360x768 and its not possible to upgrade. How am I supposed to make an educated decision on what to buy when the product specs are wrong?
