    Absolutely Slow Laptop - Worst Dell Laptop!

    We purchased three of these laptops these laptops to use for a non for profile organization. These machines are very slow, literally takes 10 seconds for each character typed in a browser to displayed. Please select another brand or model laptop. All three laptops are performing at snails pace! Firmware and OS up to date still performance is very slow.

      There are several ways to help improve the performance of your computer if it is running slower than you expected it to. We'd recommend the following steps to help improve your computer's overall performance and speed:

      1. Restart your computer regularly.
      2. Run the automated tools provided in the SupportAssist Tool.
      3. Run a complete hardware diagnostic test.
      4. Scan your computer for malware.
      5. Restore your Dell computer using Windows System Restore.
      6. Reinstall Microsoft Windows.

    Have never seen a slower piece of technology.

    We bought two for our small non-profit. WORST laptops I have ever seen! They are so slow they are not worth even trying on. Sadly, we just missed the 14 DAY window to return them. Please - do yourself a favor and DON'T Purchase!

    This computer is really slow. I wish I could return it- this was a big mistake for me to buy.

      Windows performance Troubleshooter:
      1. Close all open windows.
      2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
      3. Click Control Panel.
      4. Click System and Security.
      5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
      6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
      7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
