So far so good…I have only been using it for a week but I’m guessing that I would have noticed by now if something was up with it. It passed all of the checks so all in all…great laptop for exactly my needs, which is starting a small business, it came with Windows 11 Pro and 3 months of free trials to Microsoft 360 and Adobe Acrobat Premium or Pro or whatever plus a bunch of other free trial offers that I haven’t even gotten into yet. So far, the laptop has performed exactly as expected, it is a refurbished laptop that was listed as being in either good or excellent condition and i would definitely say that it is in excellent condition without any marks or scratches or anything of a sort. It looks and performs exactly as a brand new laptop should. Also, the seller was absolutely great, extremely prompt and engaging with my most likely ridiculous questions that I had asked. I got it a day before i originally thought that it would come in so yayyyy for that. Basically…all around…great buy, great price, great product, great customer service so thank you. And just to note…the only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because in my mind, nothing is perfect so a 5 star rating doesn’t really exist for me so if you want to look at it as a 5 star rating you should because most normal peoples would have most likely given a 5 star rating…too bad that I am far from normal. ;)
