Keys did not work on this laptop I was very disappointed I also not real sure why I go to Best Buy for all my computer buys and I just realized this did not come from Best Buy I’m very disappointed this was my daughters Xmas gift and we still haven’t gotten her one yet sorry can’t take pictures I’ve already returned it
