    We are happy with the laptop, but the delivery was very disappointing. The Roadie driver is not dependable at all. Had a story as to why he couldn’t deliver on the day promised, then he could deliver the next day, then he couldn’t, then we couldn’t get a straight answer from the Roadie customer service rep or the driver himself. Had to cancel the order and the finally pick up at the local store in Gainesville a few days later. All worked out, but very disappointing .
