I downsized to this Dell 14” laptop from a larger HP. I am loving it. It is lightweight, fast, and very easy to use. The Best Buy Geek Squad transferred all my documents and information from the old laptop to this one which made it immediately accessible.

Solid two in one laptop, not facemelting graphics by any means but plays most turn based games just fine and does ok in shooters with medium settings. Good for schoolwork and regular office work.

This has been a fantastic laptop so far! I had a slight hiccup setting it up because I couldn’t change the “admin” email vs the email for Office365 that I had everything synced under so I ended up resetting the laptop and starting the whole process from scratch. Other than that, great interface and easy to use. I’ve had it for just over a month now and no problems. I use it primarily for collegiate work so I don’t have any talking points for video editing/gaming/other primary uses.

Nice laptop for daily use, I would recommend to anyone who want to use a high tech laptop but at a reasonable price.

Awesome laptop amazing features and the space is awesome

Fast boot up, quality feel to the keyboard, fast responses. I am not a fan of the touchpad without separate buttons for right and left clicking. Very strong performance so far. Deducted one star for the touchpad, but it is mostly my preference not the product quality.

I love how light weight this laptop is. It’s easy to carry around in my backpack and the battery is great.

I have very much enjoyed this laptop. It has plenty of power for what I need and it was easy to set up.
