    This product looks and works ok at the start but in the long run like after 3-4 months the quality gets depreciated and when u want to resell or else exchage it for a new one the price will be like the only pay 20-30 % of what u paid in the start even if it is in very good quality and maitainace better to buy another good product at the same price instead of dell i faced the same problem for most if the dell products except for XPS versions

    I like my laptop a lot. I did not enjoy the process of purchasing it and the salesperson. He seemed rushed and not interested in me and my preferences.

    desciption was that it was a out of box in excellent condition and it wasn't. It was dirty and shipped like someone just threw it in the box.
