Maybe this is more a function of moving from a windows 10 all in one that is woefully short on memory, but this computer is very fast compared to what I had. Still figuring lots of things out, but battery life, screen responsiveness and ease of use are right up there with the speed at which it operates. I am afraid my home internet is too slow for this thing!!

I’m extremely happy with my purchase of the Dell Plus 2-in-1 14" 2K Touch Screen Laptop. It’s packed with high-end specs—Intel Core Ultra 9, 32GB of memory, 1TB SSD, and a beautiful 2K touchscreen. The 14 inch size and foldable 2-in-1 design makes it super versatile for both work and entertainment. What impressed me the most is that I got all of this for under $1,000 thanks to a great discount at Best Buy. It feels like a premium laptop at a mid-range price. The only thing I would have preferred is a different color—something like dark grey, black, or silver instead of the "Ice" finish. But that’s a small tradeoff for everything else this laptop offers. Highly recommend this model if you're looking for performance, portability, and value in one sleek package!

This is a great 2 in 1. I purchased for my son in college. It meets all of his needs and then some. This is a powerhouse - incredible fast and efficient. The battery life has been great.

I use this laptop to draw and play games, and noticed the display is a little inaccurate when it comes to color picking. Reds seem a bit more orange and purples look more towards a pinkish red. Couldnt find a fix for it, so I wouldnt really recommend for drawing. For gaming it works pretty well as long as you're not playing super high end games and im able to play games without much lagging issues. It's a lot better than my old laptop anyway so I'm not complaining much. Pretty cool.

I picked up the laptop because I needed to replace an old Windows 10 computer. I love having the option to use it like a tablet with the 16" touch screen. Even better is the 32GB memory, and 1TB SSD, which I feel for the price was exceptional compared to other brands. So far, I have no complaints, and in fact, I purchased a 14" screen version with the same specs for my son for his college needs. I like that it runs fast and have not had any problems with it overheating.

It's very easy to use, not too heavy, and it works smoothly. My only complain would be that it gets hot after using for longer time.

I bought this laptop for my son as he starts college, and it has been a great choice so far. He really likes the touchscreen and the flexibility to fold it, which makes it easy to use in different settings. It runs quickly and smoothly, and overall performance has been excellent. The only downside is that I haven’t found many hard shell cases that fit this model, so protection options are a bit limited. Otherwise, it’s a solid computer and has been working very well for him.

Perfect size for college students or business people to carry out . Wherever you go. Touch screens makes it easier to used it . Overall great.

This a great fast computer. Plenty of storage and memory to get tasks done. My only complaint is that it is a little heavier than the Acer Swift 3 that I had.

This is the perfect computer for myself and my wife. We actually have 2 of them now, one for each of us. They are small enough to carry with us and also small enough to use at home with a dock, 2 monitors and a keyboard/mouse. Versatile, as it is also a touch screen tablet. Now if you are a serious gamer this may not be for you, but for everyday medium duty use it more than fits. I have had Dell for years and will always go with them. I think this is well worth the money and highly recommend if it fits your needs.

Not too heavy, pretty powerful, good price on sale (1k), could use more usb-a ports but otherwise excellent. Dumb AI features included but easily disabled

I recently purchased this dell laptop to replace another brand. Love it, compact and fast, easy to handle and to tavel with.

It’s fast and powerful. The 1,900x1,200 display is good enough for average users. But it may not be best for video editors. Light weight and impact.

I've always been a fan of Dell computers - and this one is no different. I've been using it now for a little over a month and it has done everything I've asked it to do without hesitation. And having Best Buy standing behind the purchase gives me even more comfort and confidence

I love this smaller laptop. Great for general tasks and can handle multitasking with lots of apps open for work etc. only issue and I bought another laptop but kept this as wife’s work laptop. I do some calculation analysis and 3d finite element analysis and 3d modeling that this computer just couldn’t handle all that well with the integrated graphics card. Some was ok but my volume and expectation of results was not being met. That said I upgraded to 5070 GC on larger laptop that is heavy, runs warm, and batteries suck compared to this Dell - which runs it all great, but If I could get the performance out of this dell, which it was NOT built for, I’d want to use the dell, this computer. Every time.

I purchased this computer only a short time ago. I also purchased the Geek Squad support. I have been back a few times with questions and they were always kind, patient and supportive. They told me I bought a good computer. It is very fast and easy to use. I hope it will last me many years.
