Screen resolution and size is perfect for my workflow. Fast processor and enough storage for me

I purchased this laptop for my cloud and networking class. This is beast for accessing remote server and multi tasking. I saw battery is also good, it gave me 4 —5 hours backup on full charge .But I don’t like its webcam, totally expose on low light even though it has AI camera. I hope future update would fix that. Otherwise, it’s really powerful laptop.

New PC very easy to set up, love the large 16 inch touch screen, keyboard layout and midnight blue body are very nice, plus with windows 11 it starts up fast. Dell has it together!

I purchased the Dell Plus 2-in1 16" Laptop for home and business use, and to upgrade to Windows 11. This Dell laptop is very similar to my old HP Spectre x360 but with upgraded specs of 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD, and Intel Ultra 9. I got it on sale ($300 off) and feel it was a great deal, I traded in my old HP Spectre x360 at Best Buy and got a gift card which was an added bonus! The set-up was quick and easy. With a few customizations, my new 2-in-1 laptop was ready for use. I love the fact that I can use it as a tablet with the touch pen, or with the keyboard, and I like midnight blue case . I can't comment on the battery life because I've left it plugged in to the charger since I'm at my desk most of the time. It has been great so far, it boots up quickly. My only criticism would be the backlit keyboard, it not very bright. I highly recommend this product and Best Buy.
Good laptop for general use, but not for VR gaming

I was able to get this laptop on sale and it is a solid laptop for home use. However, the absence of a dedicated graphics chip does not make it a good PC for gaming. When I connected my Quest3 for VR PC gaming, I got a message saying the computer was not compatible. I had to return the computer and purchase an HP Victus with dedicated graphics chip.

This item would've been perfect had they made room for a 6-cell battery. Considering all the battery draining specs, the equipped 4-cell battery falls short of expectation. Other than great deal for $1300 ($300 discount). Everything else about it is great.

This is my second Dell after having been a Toshiba loyalist. I’m pleased to have a new go-to laptop brand. It’s a newer version of my prior Dell. It’s fast, efficient, beautiful, and runs well. Battery life is never as long as advertised, but that’s a trend across the board I’ve noticed with all technology.

Awesome laptop, with the Ultra 9, 32GB ram and the 2.5K screen it's the laptop to get if you want awesome power to do anything you want that can't do with a lower end laptop.
