Needed a new laptop and so far it has been great. Battery life is what I needed an upgrade for and so far this one is lasts a while. Also great storage. Employee recommended this one and very happy with the purchase.

The very first thing I noticed with this laptop after opening it is no barrel plug! It comes with a power adapter that powers through USB-C port. I used different USB-C cable and plug just to make sure it was not proprietary, and it worked! I am very happy with this.
The next thing I noticed is when you open the laptop, the screen hinge acts as a way to lift the bottom of the laptop off the table. There are vents on the bottom of the laptop. When it is lifted off the table, you create space for heat to exhaust from the laptop. I have only seen this design on more expensive gaming laptops so it is nice to see it on a non-gaming laptop.
This has a fingerprint scanner that supports Windows Hello. Logging onto the desktop has been fast. I wonder if it will start slowing down as I install more applications. It has a camera but it does not support Windows Hello.
Being it is a 2-in-1, there are different modes on this laptop. You can use it as an ordinary laptop. You can fold it in a way that it stands on its keyboard, it believe it is called tent mode because it shaped like a tent. You will need to use the touchscreen since the keyboard is facing the table. What I do not like about this mode is the screen wobbles as you are touching the screen. The other mode is folding it and using it like a tablet. To me, Windows OS is not that great of an operating system for tablet use unlike Android or iOS. It is usable. The laptop itself is responsive for basic use. One big issue I ran into is waking up the screen when it goes dark. You cannot just touch the screen like I do with my mobile phone or tablets. You need to flip it over and use the fingerprint scanner. I have not found any other way to wake it up.
For me, the laptop itself is good when using it in laptop mode for basic tasks like word processing, consuming media, and browsing the internet. If you want a 2-in-1, I would look at Microsoft’s offerings.

Screen size is perfect whether I'm using this laptop on a desk or my lap. Battery life is good. Boots up fast and haven't noticed any lag when I have multiple tabs open.

I have not had a lot of time using my new laptop, but it is fast and I like Dell's computers. I switched from an old HP WIndows 10 laptop, which I used for 7+ years, because Windows 10 was no longer supported and my old laptop would run very slowly for 15 minutes or more after startup or being idle for a few days. I also like Best Buy's 60 day price match guarentee in the event the price dropped, which it did by $400 two weeks after I bought it, so I got a nice refund too.

I am a real estate appraiser and I found this lap top to be user friendly, processing skills are higher, it works good with Alamode, and it's able to handle all the photos that are needed.

This Dell 2-in-1 is everything I needed and more. The Intel Core Ultra 7 runs fast and smooth, multitasking is effortless with 16GB RAM, and the 1TB SSD offers tons of storage. The touchscreen is bright and responsive, and I love the flexibility of switching between laptop and tablet mode. Ice color looks sleek and modern. A fantastic all-around device for work and creativity!

I upgraded my previous laptop to this Dell Plus 2-in-1 Intel Core Ultra 7 and I love it. I went with the 16" screen and I really enjoy the larger size. It makes working remotely easier because I have more screen space. I love the size of the touch pad. The battery love is wonderful and I love the USBC charger. Overall, I'm very pleased with this laptop.
