    A decent laptop but a bit too heavy and thick compared to same specs from Lenovo yoga. Battery backup is also worse than Lenovo.

    I replaced an 8 year old windows 10 Dell with this and it instantly became clear that this brand new model is substantially slower - I’m disappointed

    Anytime unit played a sound speakers began popping. Worked with Dell tech to resolve without success. Returned laptop to Bestbuy.
