Received my computer tower, thinking I would be able to connect to the Internet. It was sold to me without Internet access without drivers. I don’t understand how that could be so I had to go to Best Buy and see if they could help me in the young man that tried to help me was very patient and tried everything to connect to the Internet, but it didn’t have Wi-Fi access card so it didn’t work. I was happy with my customer service representative, but very disappointed in the product.
