    To purchase a computer with the level of memory and operating system supplied for the price paid is a real bargain. No reason to think that a refurbished product is less reliable than a new one.

    The computer is fine for a beginner. One problem though was a loose screw that was inside the the casing.

    This computer was purchased for a small office with 1 employee using it for web based software. I did not need the best of the best, however I love Dell computers, so I am very pleased with the purchase we made. The computer has been used everyday since, and is working fabulously. This is the first refurbished computer I have purchased, and based on this experience, and the great luck we have had, I will likely purchase refurbished again.
