Saw a previous review stating that the desktop had only 4GB RAM. Took the chance, however I also received a unit with 4GB rather than the 8GB as advertised. Contacted Customer Support whom gave me one option: return the PC and start all over again. I understand the refurbished units are shipping from Dell but that doesn't excuse not making a customer whole for what they have purchased. I have had to spend more money to get this resolved.

it has only one SerialATA slot, no hdmi input, so i can’t see video. no room to add a solid state drive. biggest waste ever.

From reading the other reviews and my own experience it looks like the specs listed for this machine are not always what you get. My PC had the 500gb HDD and the 8gb of memory but the processor was not the one listed in the specs which was an i3 4130 3.4ghz, instead I received a PC with an i5 4590 3.30ghz. I don't mind the upgrade to an i5 but do be warned that the specs aren't guaranteed. Overall the PC runs great with a little room to upgrade later if desired. The PC comes with a mouse, keyboard, power cable and setup guide to setup and activate windows. The mouse and keyboard are cheap but I am just using the pc as a game server so I just use remote desktop from another machine. If you just need a computer to go on the internet and general use this is a great option even if the specs can vary, I would not recommend it for gaming unless you want to upgrade it with a SFF graphics card and up to 16gb of ram, then it would be great for casual gaming.

Although lacking a lot of consumer features, it is a capable computer since it does come with Windows 10 pro for the price of around $175. Beware that it lacks WIFI and a CD/DVD burner. It does include a CD/DVD ROM.

Our office manager's computer was dying so we purchased this. She didn't need something estravegant nor did she do gaming. She needed a functional desktop. When we opened the box, we were surprised how compact and little it was. Gone are the old days of a gigantic box sitting at the floor. This one was smaller than pad of paper. And it came with the keyboard and mouse as well.

Great deal on a refurbished computer. I always buy the refurbished because I save big and they always seem to work great!

Great price. No Wireless Internet. Only Display ports vs. HDMI. More of a desktop business machine. The computer works fine and the price is great. You can add a Wifi USB for Wifi if needed.

I am enjoyting the computer. The only I see, is that it does not have any COM Ports. Windows 10 is installed on it, but you have to purchase or rent software.

This comp is small, quiet, powerful.I was leery about buying a refurbished comp but after using it daily for over 2 months it works great.

It runs very smoothly and has alot of space for applications. It also has a good frame rate on games for a refurbished computer.

ought the 8Gb version for my son as a good starter until he could afford to get one with more memory. Instead of getting the memory upgraded to this one and I got the old one. Great deal for us both since we both work at home. Even though it was refurbished it works great.

Pleased with my computer. It meets the needs of the household for a second computer.

I was replacing my Mom's computer. This product was the exact same model as her old one. The price was right and there wouldn't be a a learning curve. The problem is that the rebuilder company must have poor inventory control. I bought a Dell with an Intel I3 processor but got one with a Pentium Dual Core. A simple look at the Bios or the Service Tag lookup would have caught the error. There would have been another 10 day delay for a replacement so I had to return it and buy a new one for her.
