Q: are the refurbished puters virus free and free of tracking cookies
A: Yes, all refurb'ed PC's are reset to factory spec's. When you first startup the system it will install Win 10.
Q: Is this tower wifi cordless
A: No it was not. In fact the tower didn't work at all. Will never purchase a rebuilt tower again.
A: Yes, to OS. But no WIFI, just use ethernet cord, OR buy a plug-in adapter as we did.
Q: how many gigabytes is it 4gb or 8gb? Why are there no ratings?
A: It is 4 GB... customer service will just give you the run around when contacted. Transferred to 3 different people and got nowhere I am done with Best Buy!
Q: Does this model have a speaker and camera on board
A: This desktop does not have built in speaker and camera.
Q: Can you connect to the wireless network?
A: No. At first we connected with an ethernet cord to the router in my room, but my husband didn't like cord running on floor. We bought a WIFI Adapter that plugs into the computer with USB. It works fine that way. They had several different adapters at Best Buy. I bought the NETGEAR - AC1200 Dual-Band WiFi USB 3.0 Adapter - Black, for $54.99 plus tax.
