    WINDOWS NOT LOADED you have to do it yourself so takes up memory. Paid MORE for DVD drive, unit had Grease on it couldn't they even wipe off with COVID. Put in software and it locked up and wouldn't WORK , got my disc out and the DRIVE IS DEAD. So added a external drive myself and kept it would not buy again. NO WINDOWS INSTALLED NO DVD DRIVE AND DIRTY I AM VERY TECHY SO IT WAS ABLE TO WORK WITH IT. NEVER AGAIN!

    This computer is just right for someone who does not require a lot of memory capacity. I just wanted something to connect me to the internet and social media. My son is an IT specialist and he told me this was a great value!

    I have experienced no problems that the TECH Dept. could not handle! My Internet was down for almost three Months, but I could still play on my Dell-Refurbished!

    Nice tower ,but no computer cable that connects it to the monitor or tv. I had to get that, an not connecting wireless. Once connected Ethernet cable working as expected.
