When I tried to install it, the machine would not recognize my ISP. As a result, it was returned.

The computer came broken in several pieces. Returning was a nightmare. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This didn’t even last a year before it crashes and Greek Squad said they couldn’t help

I was looking for a replacement desktop to replace my old Lenovo that just went out with no warning. I don't like spending tons of money for a new computer and I'm not a PC gamer so a a relatively basic computer that can handle everyday functions easily was my focus. Came across this refurbished Dell OptiPlex and so far over a month later it has worked perfectly.Runs smooth and handles multiple pages and downloading/uploading music and videos like a champ. It looks like a new computer and comes with a mouse and keyboard. I highly recommend getting this for the home.

These computers are super well known, and pretty rock solid as far as reliability goes. I work for a pretty large company, and this is basically the same computer we use for every workstation. The computer comes super clean, and looks almost brand new, inside and out. And it's smoking fast! I had a couple issues with the initial startup, but that was solved by using the "Reset this PC" function to reinstall windows. After that, everything worked perfectly.

This is a great performing desktop, and I have to say that when it arrived it was indistinguishable from a brand new system. Came with Windows 10 Pro, rather than Home, so all of the extra features are available (domain-joinable, Bitlocker, etc). I'm really happy with this refurbished program, and have been ordering systems from here for all of my clients.

At first when I bought it was bad and it didn't work but when they got me a replacement it was so good it's core is fast and the computer itself gave me good speeds interms of internet , RAM, and Storage.

First time buying a refurbished computer. Did not come with wifi. had to add it. Did not have a HDMI so had to order a couple of cables. All in all happy with the purchase. Great value for the price!

Great PC for general use of day-to-day operation. Easily installed and startup was a breeze. Best this about it was it didn't come with bloat ware that you would have to remove. Excellent PC for the price.

We weren't looking for anything too fancy, just something for web browsing & occasional documents. Had some issues with start-up & downloading but took it to Geek Squad for free assistance & everything is working great.

First off, this product arrived very quickly and there were no troubles with the packaging. Setup took very little time as well. This computer functions very well and even though it is refurbished, there were no blemishes anywhere. The only issue is the lack of a wifi connection, which can be fixed by purchasing a wifi card.

Have owned this computer for about 2 months and is working as it should supper fast and reliable! Would recommend

it isn't completely a waste of money, because at least i can connect to the internet and what not; better to say that it feels like a decent library computer. the item description says that there are (4) 3.0 USB drives and (6) 2.0 drives, but there are NOT ANY 3.0 USB slots on the computer. if there are any, they aren't labeled (but aren't 3.0 slots blue?). another thing is that the back of the computer is bent and misshapen as if they just "made it fit". another complaint is that, since everything back there is bent out of shape, you have to insert your USB in a downwards angle... wtf... this computer is worth $200 (if even that much) not close to $400. i get that it's a "refurbished" product, but it seems like they got a bunch of stuff from a tech recycle bin and just jammed it all together. so if you have $400 saved up, have patience and save a little more and buy new. learn from my mistake.

It was our first time purchasing a refurbished PC from BestBuy. This PC was purchased for a local non-profit organization and works flawlessly out of the box. Joy systems sys-prepped a clean machine with no issues. It was as if the PC came straight from Dell. You can have confidence that refurbished PCs purchased through BestBuy (partnering with JoySystems) will have the same hardware/software integrity as purchasing new from Dell or any third party.

I purchased this system for my Aunt and it worked great right out of the box. Nice not to have all the Dell bloatware.

Very fast networking speed. Product was shipped directly to my home, and set-up was very easy. I was a little nervous about buying a refurbished computer but i am very impressed so far.

This was a great purchase - Works really good! The only thing is that I had to buy a WIFI Adapter.
