A: This unit does not support dual monitors.
Q: Windows will not start on the new optiplex 7010? What can I do or do I need to return it?
A: Contained within the packaging is a paper that includes directions to run Windows. There is a product key that you must enter to start Windows, it will not start automatically. Go to the start menu and type in "Run Windows" you will be prompted to enter the product key found on the paper contained within the box. Then it will load and you can begin enjoying your computer! A: Yes this PC is great once you restore Windows 10 (Which is easy0. It streams movies fast. Great i7 processor. I haven't seen any slow downs.
