I love that I have more room because it' so compact. But, what I love more is that when I turn it on, it's on almost before I take my finger off the switch. And when I open something, it opens immediately -- I mean IMMEDIATELY!

After 3 weeks since first purchase ,it is good , fast reliable internet connection, have no problem so far and it is not heavy to carry, still too soon to give an excellent.

I would suggest buying this product, it works very well.

Set up quick and does what i want it to do. The only issue I had was with Microsoft OneDrive. It seems when you set up a new computer everything defaults to Onedrive which I don't like.

Dell is always good Best Buy Is too Bought an external cd rom drive too

Much faster then my 8 year old Dell computer. The price was reasonable and the updates are easy to use.

The folks at Rosemount were very helpful. Then I went to the Richfield store to Geek Squad for transfering data from my old PC. They did a fine job, but weren't clear about the process of notifying me (and my need to schedule an appointment with them) so I could pick up my new PC. Otherwise everything was fine.

The desktop replaced an older model, that had many issues going on. My new Dell is amazing; it even comes with AI Copilot, super responsive, and easy to set-up. The only con for me is I wish the speaker plug was located in the back, not the front.

Very pleased with my purchase. I like the slim design and the ease in getting it set up. The Geek Squad was extremely helpful in re-installing the OS and downloading my Office 365 and security software.

The transfer of my files from the previous windows 10 computer that Best Buy Geek Squad did went very good. At this point the speed of the new windows 11 is awesome.

Fast with very large hard drive. Geek squad transferred all data. Seamless, membership completely covered data recovery, transfer and set up. Got it home, works perfectly. Good experience
