I have been using Dell for years and this new one is just great I am so please with the service just set it up and it's been going great since. The last one was 9 years old was getting slow but still working! Because of the change from 10 to 11, I had to get a new one . So happy I did!

Very pleased with my purchase. I like the slim design and the ease in getting it set up. The Geek Squad was extremely helpful in re-installing the OS and downloading my Office 365 and security software.

My old Dell couldn't be upgraded to Windows 11 so it was time to bite the bullet and buy a new PC. Decided to stick with Dell after many years of positive experience. I love my new Dell! It is so much smaller and lighter than my old one.

This replaces a DELL that I’ve had for 12 years. Love this new Dell! One of the programs that comes with this Dell will turn your Dell off at a certain time that you provide! Runs Windows 11 flawless! Highly recommend this Dell!

Fast with very large hard drive. Geek squad transferred all data. Seamless, membership completely covered data recovery, transfer and set up. Got it home, works perfectly. Good experience

The transfer of my files from the previous windows 10 computer that Best Buy Geek Squad did went very good. At this point the speed of the new windows 11 is awesome.

This is a hard item to review fairly. I bought it based on the Black Friday price and especially the specs as provided by Dell - that despite its SFF size and onboard M-series SSD, there were also provisions for an added 3.5" internal disk drive. (A 4 GB internal drive is essential for my daily work with giant documents and graphics files.)
This was misleading advertising on the part of Dell. No second drive slot is accessible: a separate $45 bracket is needed to suspend a second drive over the unused airspace next to the fan. A custom power cable is also required to connect to the one and only spare drive power socket on the motherboard. The bracket and cable are NOT available through commercial sources, and can only be ordered directly from Dell international through a personal or business account.
BestBuy was not at fault here - their techs spent a lot of time at the store with me later confirming the missing bracket and trying to locate a source. (We also confirmed that the tower-sized version in the store was also supplied without internal brackets or cables.) Dell gets the big black marks here for this skimpy design and their faulty advertising.
A close inspection also revealed the additional lack of other drive cable power or accessory connectors - limited, perhaps, by a suspiciously anemic 180 W power supply.
In the end, I never plugged in the computer or turned it on. I assume it ran as well as other people have found it, but it cannot be considered readily expandable beyond its off-the-shelf configuration. (More memory, perhaps.) I returned the unused unit with no hassle and decided to build my own machine.
Is it a bad purchase? I don't think so, but it certainly didn't live up to my expectations or its own manufacturer advertising. This computer seems to be sturdily built and would likely be fine for basic student or ordinary household needs, but only if the user is satisfied with the power and features of the shelf-ready version.
I gave it 3 stars to indicate its probable suitability for some uses, but do not recommend it for the user who does not understand the baked-in limitations. This long after Black Friday (mid-January), I suspect that the market cost will have dropped below $695.00.
