    I ordered a new dell xps 12, and it worked fine for a week. Then, it started to not turn on. It happened 4 times, the last of which happened while I was away at school. I did absolutely nothing to induce this, and best buy would not help me out at all. I will not purchase anything from best buy again. The only good thing they did was email me to remind me to write a review on my purchase. Ha.
