Great computer and excellent SSD storage

I love how SSD load and shut down the computer fast and also make the computer noiseless. My only caveat is that the speakers are on the bottom and if you have this on your lap, it may sound a bit muffled. Love the 4K display and keyboard is ergonomically comfortable.

Great Mobile Station

This XPS was a good fit for my needs. Laptop portability, high performance to keep up with my editing, and a crisp screen to enjoy streams on. Solid choice. *Disclaimer: took down a star because I did have a screen issue half a year in. Luckily I had the protection program so I took it in to BB and they resolved the issue. Also had to swap the wifi card on this machine as dell is notorious with this issue.

Great Laptop, Expensive Price

Great professional laptop

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Group gift for a sister going out into the workforce, I got it at a great price and it was powerful enough to meet her needs. Professional and productive. My sister thinks it is a bit heavy but likes the XPS' functionality. She upgraded the memory to 32 MB immediately.

Dell XPS not for success

Dynamo DELL - Best One Yet

I have always preferred DELL but I looked at several other brands, too. No one holds a candle. This is a beautiful laptop. Has all the features I was looking for. Most compelling is a crisp gorgeous HD display, especially since it is touch screen, which is a nice feature to have when you're looking at photos or find something cool while surfing your favorite sites. An old screen or poor brightness is a strain on my eyes & mind so I wanted proper light & good colors. The buttons are comfortable & back lit. The laptop is solid yet light making it easy to pick up & carry. This is NOT the time to skimp on value. Yes, it is a bit pricier than most of the others but you'll get what you pay for. You will feel good & be happy. Opt for Best Buy's excellent long term financing & you'll have it paid off at 0% interest before you know it!
