I bought this laptop after thanksgiving deals. The laptop has good display and ample memory and storage. No lag so far and works perfectly

Great laptop! It's the most high tech laptop that Dell offers for business applications. You can get an i9 from Dell, but, for the extra $1,000 that would cost, the increase in speed would be minimal and not worth that cost increase. This laptop has a great price point, especially at Best Buy, and should last at least a few (5?) years (depending on what you need it for, of course).

Always been a Dell fan since the early 90's and the XPS 15 9570 has been excellent so far. Got a great deal, with 32GB included, where others only had 16GB. 4K screen is crystal clear and very bright. Boot up time is very fast with the 1TB SSD. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Thin, light, powerful, I use it for editing photos and video and running AutoCAD. The screen is amazingly sharp and the Dell thunderbolt dock is super convenient with the USB C connection that also provides power.

I have been a Dell PC fan all my life. In August 2018, I purchased this Dell XPS laptop with all the bells and whistles for my niece. For the first few months, she loved it. Fast performance with everything she did. Then around the holidays, it froze up and became non-responsive. Fortunately, I had purchased a 3-year Geek Squad warranty for her so she took it to the local Best Buy store. She was told her laptop needed a new motherboard so off to repair-land it went. About 3 weeks later she got her laptop back and she was very happy. Unfortunately a couple of months ago, her laptop froze up again. Once again she turned her laptop in for major repairs. She got the usual updates - laptop received for repairs, waiting on parts, still waiting on parts, parts being delivered soon, etc., etc. Today when she checked the Best Buy website using the repair number Geek Squad had given her, she discovered that the repair number was not in the system. She went to the local Best Buy store and was told that "The Powers That Be" were trying to decide whether or not to continue the repairs on her laptop or to junk it and send her a check so that she could buy another laptop. She has to wait another week before she will learn about the final decision. This is totally unacceptable and not indicative of a business that values customer loyalty. It's also not indicative of the quality I have come to expect from Dell products. Leads me to believe that she may have received a rebuilt system in the first place. Like the subject line says, this laptop has been a complete lemon.

This was a christmas gift to my nephew. He likes it a lot. He specifically asked me to buy this one because it was recommended by their professor. The specs are great and it runs fast.

The internet connection for this computer is ridiculously fast. I absolutely love this computer. A little slower on transferring files but I thinks that's because of the file sizes and high quality of the videos.

This computer has a lot of power and beautiful graphics. It is designed to be a workhorse and has the capacity to do so. Excellent abilities for the cost

I did a lot of research before purchasing this computer. I have no regrets in choosing this one. And trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I should have kept this one. bought used then sent out to get screen fixed and then traded it in. Just wanted the newer laptop but this did have everything you needed.
