i love this computer and i am pretty picky. it's small, fast, portable, stylish and it doesn't get too hot like every other computer i have had. i have had a few dells i liked- usually i prefer asus, but nothing compared to this.

Battery life is excellent and easily lasts me a full day. Overall, this is a powerful, modern, and future-ready laptop. Perfect for work, browsing, and entertainment. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality Windows laptop

Essentially the sam XPS Plus we have seen before with intel chips only with Snapdragon. Screen is gorgeous and there is certainly less heat issues. I however ended up going with the surface pro for more versatility , I am also not a fan of the digital function row on the keyboard

This is the best laptop I have seen in a long time. I love the Snap Dragon Elite processor on it. Amazing battery life and performance. The keyboard and the hidden trackpad look out of this world. I'd prefer a 15 inch display but, I liked this so much I'm keeping this one.

Great laptop perfect size, great for travel, good battery life

Fast, light with a massive battery life. Need some time to adjust to the keyboard as the keys are quite close to each other. If you use several plug in devices you will need a usb adapter to expand the usb ports, has only 2 USB-C.

Fantastic computer, love it. The computer is lightweight, super fast and easy to navigate. It checks all the boxes.

It’s a bit heavier than the six year old laptop that it replaced. Hope to have better battery luck with this one! Functionality is great and fast, graphics excellent

I love the size and shape and battery life. Still getting used to the connectivity. This is my second XPS 13: I hung on to the old one a mighty long time, and I hope to do that again.

I really liked the body of the laptop. It's size is very comfortable for travelling and carrying. Overall the product is really very good. The battery life is great.

Excellent laptop for everyday tasks. The OLED screen makes watching videos, or streaming movies a delight. The Snapdragon processor uses far less power, and therefor, the battery has phenomenal all day life. Although the processor was great for usual tasks, I did feel that it was a little slower than the numbers would suggest. Still, overall a very nice computer

Fantastic laptop, I did end up returning mine but that was for unrelated reasons. Chery long battery life, love the class trackpad. The screen is amazing and vivid. All in all a food machine.

I love the sleekness of this laptop. I had been searchign for a new laptop to keep with me for my last semester of undergrad and into my post grad schooling. This checked all my boxes. I love the new copilot program it is amazing and truly helps me with so much in my day to day questions as well as anything school related. I love that it is very lightweight yet packs a big punch. I had been holding off from buying it but saw there was a sale and knew I had to get it. Ive had a MacBook and a Surface before this and it truly is just worth the price with how easily it is to use in and out of school. If you needed a sign to take the plunge THIS IS IT!

Love the compact nature of the laptop. Arm processor has worked with no issues on all applications used even some 3d printing software.

I am happy with my new loptop. , i like touched screen and its powerfull, a lot memmory and its light . Good for a travel

This is a great little laptop. You need to determine what your use case for this laptop. The keyboard is a bit weird and not very good to type one. Also, the top haptic buttons at the top don't always work upon first touch. However, the haptic trackpad is amazing. The fact that you can't see where it starts and ends isn't a big deal. I never look at the trackpad when i use it and its not hard to find.
