I have been using mine for ~2.5yr heavily. Dev work and (all but the Highest settings) gaming, it works great.
Windows 11, I get ~12hr per charge light browsing.
Definitely recommend buying the 8GB RAM model and purchasing & installing whatever RAM amount suits your needs. I did 16GB.

Excelent performance and battery life. Almost 5 starts considering some minor issues that happens sometimes. Clearly bugs related to ARM architeture and Windows, such as camera stops to work suddently and some blue screen of death. Looking to get it all corrected within next SO updates.

Everything about this laptop is good. The battery life went 8 hours. There were no compatibility problems because it is an arm chipset. However this kind of laptop is supposed to get about 20 hours, based on reviews and the salesperson. It fell short of that.

Picked it up open box and it looks and works like new. OLED screen is really bright and the laptop is a big improvement over the 5yr old XPS13 it replaces. Only complaints so far are that the power button isn't labeled and the function keys only show with backlight (which you can turn on).

The computer itself was great. And its light weight was an added bonus. However, the Snapdragon processor would not work with Dropbox no matter what we tried. It became frustrating and difficult to work and I could not afford to lose time. I had to return it.

Dell’s XPS laptops have always presented an air of attractiveness and premium quality, and the XPS 13 is no exception. The aluminum chassis is impeccably chiseled, the keys on the keyboard have a solid feel, the display hinge is solid without a hint of wobble, and the overall footprint makes transporting the laptop a breeze
