Good laptop, fans dont turn on and its never slow. Have had issues with the touchpad however, the left side stoped working after 1 week of use, and no one from dell is helping me with the issue

An excellent computer. Very fast with a great display. Bought this to replace an older MacBook Air. Compared this to a new MacBook Air and chose this one due to more memory and the power of the Snapdragon x elite processor. Very compact and solid battery life. Highly recommend.

Awfully cute laptop, I just had some issues with the touchpad feeling sluggish at times but it seems to have gone away. The display is awfully beautiful, the colors are so nice and crisp

The lack of ports isn’t concerning when you have a dock. The small size, and super clean design make this laptop one if the best. Evrthying works as it should. People definitely ask me about it when they they clean keboard, and the lack of a bissible trackpad.

I have been using this laptop for 10days and I have not had any problem so far. This laptop has the battery capacity of every gaming laptops. I recommend you to buy this laptop with courage

this has an excellent modern unique sleek design that works well and is lightweight

This is a good laptop. The issues I had with it is using a 2230 nvme when a 2280 nvme can fit and the drivers not being stable out of the box.

So far so good, really enjoying using this. All the issues most folks seem to have like the trackpad have not been an issue for me personally. Screen is gorgeous btw

The bright crisp screen makea this tiny machine seem larger and the speed impressive, no fans, instant on and off. Dev Nirvana.

We love this laptop. I also bought ipad pro 13 and this feels lighter than ipad pro 13 with Magic Keyboard. Also looks amazing with flat key board.

This laptop is amazing and I couldn’t ask for better, but I bought it twice on sale around Christmas and both times Best Buy canceled my order when the laptop was still available but now at full price, they would not comp me the sale price so I bought it full price and when it went on sale again, I just had them price match it. I felt like they were doing bad business.

Great model and looking good. Disadvantage is that it has no USB ports to connect to external drive.

DELL have one of the best built quality in xps line up. The xps havd all the things of performance and speed. I wish it could have haptic touch.

I’ve loved this device, looked gorgeous, with the 4k OLED screen and can’t say of the sound and keyboard, but unfortunately the CPU was not compatible with all the apps, or I was unlucky and had a bad experience with it. 1.- I was doing an Excel Spreadsheet, and put the sudden it started clicking randomly everywhere in the screen, thought it was something touching so I cleaned it and it proceeded to do the same thing. 2.- During a zoom meeting, only 10 minutes in, the whole device froze, could not close the app or task manager to end the tasks, so I had to hard reset by holding onto the power button. For the price, comparing to other devices it is great, but having these problems only two weeks into buying it, is a big no no. Maybe later on there some hardware and/or software updates and hopefully the computer run.
