Best Buy deleted my original review maybe because it was not positive enough. Computer works fine except the DVD drive fails to burn dual layer discs, no matter the media brand. I discovered the DVD issue just outside of the return period. Yeah, I should have tested the DVD player sooner, but had no reason to use it or doubt its operability. Dell Tech Support, well that is a whole other story and is something left to be desired. The Dell brand came highly recommended, but I'm not so sold on it now.

Turn on just fine the first day. The second day while using it, it froze and shut down. It would not boot up again. Called Dell and that said they said the way the power light was flashing it indicated there was hardware issue with the memory. Returned it.
