Second was was defective and exchanged for the third, which had a pump failure at 4 months, past the point of returning. DeLonghi customer service gave me the run around, required I submit my purchase receipt and never responded back to replace the machine. Do yourself a favor and buy a better machine from a different manufacturer unless you want a cheap machine that won't last.
