I have this machine for about 1 year now, I’ve made lots of coffee. It is just take few minutes to warm the milk frother, it can be annoying sometimes. Aside of that, I love my coffee.

At first, after just a few uses, it was dispensing very light and watery espresso. We realized we have to clean not just the basket and handle part, but also the outlet very regularly to ensure it’s not too watery. Even after cleaning, sometimes it’s thinner and weaker than her last machine. Unfortunately we’ve never gotten it to match the performance of her previous version.

Produces better tasting coffee than pods or k-cups. Very easy to use. Only 4 stars as the steam wand is hard to get anything but a small frothing cup under it.

One thing I love is the milk frother though. Works well with non dairy milks and it’s easy to clean.

Recommend finding your favorite roast of coffee and grind it to the appropriate grain size. The water pump is powerful enough to extract through a medium grind, but too fine and you may force it a bit. Overall a good purchase for a creamy daily coffee.
