Since we have purchased this, we have been having espresso literally every day. It is amazing and not one of those incredibly fancy auto espresso machines, but if you don't mind doing a bit of manual work and getting a nice latte or cappuccino the steamer (?) for the milk is great too!

Run! First of all, I bought this brand new from Best Buy and they sent me a used/damaged product. I double checked that I didn’t order this as an “open box” item, and I didn’t! Second, I’ve had this literally 3 days. The trays are hard to get in ports filter, I gave myself a blood blister from being pinched trying to get the tray in. Today, the machine stopped working. I haven’t don’t anything different. Filled the espresso, turned it on, waited for the green light, water is full but not above the max, and when I turn the knob to release the espresso I get nothing. I took the portafilter off to see what’s going on and there, water so no blockage. I tried refilling the tray, same problem. I’m very annoyed and will probably be taking this back

I really like this coffee machine, quick, easy to clean, can make two expresso shots in two different small cups simultaneously......love that idea, two separate shots of expresso in same time, I personally like JUST expresso shot, my Mom likes frothy milk with that expresso shot and little sprinkle of cinnamon ....cappuccino, kinda

This is our first Cappuccino/Expresso machine we've owned. We went on YouTube and the host going over the product stated we made a great purchase for the price. It helped we found it on sale and we used our rewards to purchase the machine. So far we are very happy with our purchase.

Our old maker broke and we wanted a replacement for a basic espresso maker. We like to control the types of coffee and amount used, so this style offers flexibility for making our own drinks. It is easy to use and relatively quiet. It's nice to have the hot water option in the steamer spigot for making Americanos as well. Very happy with this machine.

Very happy with this purchase. First espresso machine I've owned, but I've used several. This one is very user friendly and does a great job. I also like the compact design so it's not taking up too much room on my counter.

Makes good Cappuccino. Only issue is that it does not auto stop once it hits 2 cup amount. Will keep filling the cup if there’s water in the reserve. Other than that easy to use and clean.

Bought this De'Longhi to replace an older model (which is no longer made) that gave-up-the-ghost after many years of exceptional performance. This model has already become a daily-use item for us. I couldn't be happier with this model.

I had high hopes, but they were quickly dashed. The machine requires several heat-up cycles before producing coffee that’s enjoyable. It doesn’t automatically shut off during brewing, so it will literally empty the water tank full of water.

Easy to use and clean. Pretty good espresso for home machine.

I was buying coffee everyday at a store and realized I was spending money and time and gas driving to these places.. decided to invest in this product and couldn’t be happier. Everything still works like new and would definitely recommend to a friend who drinks coffee

Love our espresso machine! We had another model of the DeLonghi espresso machine. We had it for almost 8 years and it started acting up so we replaced it with this model and so far so good. Espresso at home it doesn’t get any better than this.

I got to say I really like the fact that this expresso machine is very easy to use and it’s quite durable. I truly enjoy the flavor of the expresso I brew in this machine. The price is quite reasonable for this product. Best purchase ever for a coffee/espresso drinker.

The unit is nice looking, easy to use as is a great value. It is great for a first time user who does not want to tackle the more complex mid range units and isn’t ready for the top of the line units.

Worked great for a year but then started to curdle creamer

A bit harder to clean than I had hoped, and it needs and automatic shutoff timer. But overall, the espresso is fantastic and it’s a good deal for the money spent.
