This will save us thousands of bucks a year easily. The only downsides are that the Hot Milk mode of the milk frother wand seems to be a bit noisy and the espresso cup handle can be a bit hard to turn to the right when packed for 2 shots of espresso.

This particular pressurized porta-filter design is just terrible. The single tiny outlet hole gets clogged on 1/3 pulls and I just hate using it. Literally, this machine has made mornings worse for me and I'm searching for a replacement. My old Starbucks unit also used a pressurized porta-filter, but it never clogged like this, no matter how fine the grind or how compressed the puck.

Have not even had it for one year. No blockages in portafilter, cleaned unit. Seems to be an issue with the seal on the head and portafilter basket. Will not purchase another by this Delonghi brand.
